SP Jain’s Young Managers Program is designed to equip emerging leaders and early-career managers with the mindset, confidence, and leadership capabilities required to thrive in today’s fast-changing business environment. A world record holder and an award-winning Professor, Trainer, Licensed NLP practitioner and Executive Coach in India with nearly 30 years of rich experience covering academic-teaching and management-level employment, including 15 years in the corporate sector in senior-level HR positions. He has so far trained thousands of participants in areas of behavioural science, organisational behaviour, organisational development, general management and leadership. He has served as an executive coach to numerous senior-level managers, directors, and CXOs, leveraging his extensive experience in organisational behaviour, leadership, and human resources.
Author of five books and numerous research papers.
Recipient of 18 best research paper awards and the prestigious award for Best Professor in Human Resources Management awarded by World HRD Congress and featured in the Top 100 Professors list. He is also a recipient of multiple prestigious awards, including the Iconic HR Professor Award. He is also a Record Holder in India Book of Records, Asia Book of Records, World Records India.

Dr. Kiranmai brings together a unique blend of keen academic focus and organizational experience. She has successfully straddled diverse roles in teaching, training, human resource development, consulting, quality, and technical writing. She is an accomplished author with multiple of her books prescribed as curriculum by various universities across the country. She is also an international examiner for the University of Cambridge, U.K., IDP, Australia, and an education consultant for British Council, India, community colleges of Sinclair, USA, and Montego Bay, Jamaica. Dr. Kiranmai has an extensive knowledge of Talent Cultures, and Talent Markets, as well as Employment Laws across the countries in EMEA Region, APJ Region, and Greater China Region, given her HR Executive Role covering the regions, outside the Americas. Dr. Kiranmai led the greenfield project of establishing the first India Technology Centre (a GCC) for Fortune 100, UPS, a shipping & logistics major, in Chennai, in 2023. Dr. Kiranmai, was the Head of Human Resources and Site Administration, Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) India, the parent company of New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), starting its Data Services operations in India in 2019. Kiranmai Pendyala is also the Governing Body Member on several Higher Education Institutions/ Deemed Universities as well as serves pro bono on the Board of United Way, Hyderabad.
Dr Smitha Ranganathan has over 18 years of experience as a key account influencer and brand communication specialist with a keen interest in focused marketing communications. She has donned various hats in agency environments ranging from account management, brand strategising to business development. She has also been an enthusiastic contributor to some of the popular media publications and has over 46 publications as a columnist in Indian business dailies such as The Economic Times, Hindustan Times and The Brand Equity, and reputed international journals.
