Production Excellence Production Excellence

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

As India cements its position as a pivotal hub in the global supply chain, operational excellence in production has transitioned from being optional to imperative. The nation’s aspiration to become the "factory of the world" has spurred government initiatives like the Production-Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme, offering lucrative opportunities for companies that excel in manufacturing efficiency and innovation.

This two-day workshop is designed for professionals with prior experience in production who are eager to refine their competencies, adopt global best practices, and drive excellence in their operations. Delivered in a clear and practical format, the workshop includes hands-on exercises, real-world examples, and actionable insights that can be immediately applied in the workplace.
