In the Leadership Essentials for First Time Managers program, you will develop the skills to make five fundamental shifts in mindset and ways of working. These shifts will substantially expand your capacity as a leader, helping you move beyond being a manager focused on incremental improvements to becoming a visionary leader. Ravindra Dey has more than 20 years of experience in the corporate and academic sectors. He specialises in Organisational Behaviour, Organisation Development, Human Resource Development and Competency Assessment. He has led programs on a wide range of topics in the field of behavioural sciences, HRD, organisation development and management within the organisation. Some of the training/consulting assignments he has are Organisational Effectiveness, Performance Development, Strategy and Vision, Customer Service Excellence, Customer Relations Orientation, Conflict Resolution, Negotiation Skills, Personality Development, Communication and Interpersonal Relationship Workshop, Development and Assessment Centre.
