Dr Christopher Abraham has three postgraduate qualifications in HRM, Business Administration (Marketing), Labour & Administrative Law and a PhD in Business Administration (Design Thinking & Innovation). He is a Certified Design Thinker from IDEO/Stanford and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM), UK. He has 34 years’ experience in management consulting, marketing and management education in India, Singapore and the UAE.

Dr Abraham has been a Visiting Professor at many leading universities in Australia, the USA, Canada, Singapore and the UK. Earlier, in Dubai, he headed the Executive MBA program of XLRI, Jamshedpur, one of Asia’s top business schools. His areas of competence are Innovation, Design Thinking, Behavioural Design, Strategy, Neuroscience of Decision Making, Future of Education, Science of Happiness, Leadership, Human Potential, Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Strategy.

A much sought-after 3-time TEDx and international keynote speaker, he has successfully presented at numerous global forums and conducted many consulting and executive development assignments for global organisations including The World Bank, The Executive Council (Government of Dubai), Emirates Airlines, SEWA (Government of Sharjah), Aramex, DHL, Procter & Gamble, LG, Reckitt Benckiser and AW Rostamani (Nissan Auto).

One of Asia's Top 10 Women in IT, Dr CJ Meadows leads a Design Thinking & Innovation Center at SP Jain School of Global Management, creating growth initiatives at the intersection of IT, business strategy and design. Her research, consulting and coaching focus on Leadership & Creativity. She co-founded an Advanced Technology Think Tank & Tinker Lab, envisioning the Future of Work (FoW) and Education, applying AI, biometrics and other advanced technologies to leadership development, team productivity and group innovation. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration & IT from Harvard Business School and has over 20 years’ experience in Asia, Europe and North America as a consultant, coach, entrepreneur, dot-com builder, innovation lab co-founder and Accenture IT & Business Strategy consultant.

Dr Gary Stockport is the Dean of the Executive MBA program at SP Jain School of Global Management across the Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore and Sydney campuses. Having lived and worked at leading business schools in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and the UAE, he has won numerous teaching and research awards including being shortlisted for the Australian Universities Postgraduate Teacher of the Year Award. He has consulted for many organisations including the Aboriginal Policy Services Directorate (Australia), Alcoa (Australia), Bank Nagara (Malaysia), BHP Billiton (Australia and South Africa) and Supersport (South Africa).

Dr Rajiv Aserkar has a rich international academic and consulting experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management and International Trade. He is an accomplished educator, researcher and speaker at international events, has authored books on Logistics & Supply Chain Management and has published research papers in prestigious academic journals.

Dr Aserkar is a certified on-line faculty at Laureate Online Education and a certified trainer on LINKS online Chain Management Simulation of LINKS USA. He has been instrumental in forging the academic partnership between SP Jain School of Global Management and Damco International B.V. of The Netherlands. He was also honoured with the prestigious Supply Chain & Transportation Award (SCATA) under the category “Education and Training Provider” in 2009.

Vikram Pandya is the Director of the Fintech program at SP Jain School of Global Management. He is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA, USA) and Certified Information System Auditor (CISA, USA). He has more than a decade’s experience in Banking, Education and Consultancy. He has authored several white papers and articles on Fintech with extensive experience in Banking & Financial Services, Automation, Fintech, Consultancy and Training. He mentors various Fintech startups and funds across the globe. He is the Fintech Ambassador for the Government of Maharashtra, India.

Dr Kanchan Mahadev has been a faculty in leading business schools and has more than 30 years of teaching experience in the areas of accounting and finance. She has worked with the Indian School of Business (ISB) as a Senior Researcher in the Centre for Leadership, Innovation and Change. She has also been teaching and mentoring women entrepreneurs on financing strategies and strategic cost management for their enterprises under ISB-Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Ambassadors Program.

She is an advisor on raising finance for SMEs in India. She has been a part of the Punjab Government initiative to train school and college principals in adapting management principles in school leadership. She also mentors individuals on financial statement analysis for the CFA program.

Ravindra Dey has more than 20 years of experience in the corporate as well as the academic sector. He specialises in Organisational Behaviour, Organisation Development, Human Resource Development and Competency Assessment.

He has led programs on a wide range of topics in the field of behavioural sciences, HRD, organisation development and management within the organisation. Some of the training/consulting assignments he has handled are Organisational Effectiveness, Performance Development, Strategy and Vision, Customer Service Excellence, Customer Relations Orientation, Conflict Resolution, Negotiation Skills, Personality Development, Communication and Interpersonal Relationship Workshop, Development and Assessment Centre.

In the corporate sector, Mr Dey has worked as Vice President (HR & Admin), EWDL (Indore, India), General Manager – HR, TCGRE (Mumbai, India), DGM-HR, Wockhardt (Mumbai, India) and Head of HR, OMCI (Mumbai, India).

Currently, he is pursuing the Fellow Program in Management from Academy of HRD, Ahmedabad, India. He is actively engaged with consulting and training work in the corporate, education and social development sectors. He has published research papers in many reputed journals.

With over 19 years of professional experience in ICT education, policy, and consulting, Dr Dhrupad Mathur is currently an Associate Professor of IT Management and the Deputy Director of Faculty Management at SP Jain School of Global Management.

Before joining SP Jain, Dr Mathur was a senior consultant for the National e-Governance Plan, working on the e-Government policy initiatives for the Government of India, at the Ministry of Communications & IT. He has been recognised as one of the ‘Emerging Leaders of the Digital World’ by the Diplo Foundation Geneva and as the Hon. Coordinator for Internet Governance Capacity Building in Asia. He has been associated with various regional industry forums as a speaker, program chair and panel member including the Cloud MENA Forum, Smart Data Summit, WAN Summit, DSO Tech Forum and Arab Future Cities Summit.

Boman Moradian has been a visiting faculty at SP Jain for over 13 years, at Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies for over 42 years and at the Indo-German Training Centre for over 16 years. He has extensive experience in Production, HRD, Marketing and Advertising in his career spanning 44 years. He is a Management Consultant in the field of Productivity Management with major emphasis in the areas of reducing flow times, increasing throughputs, inventory and manpower rationalisation, and increasing flexibility.

He is an Independent Director on the Boards of Essel Propack, Garware Polyester, Kabra Extrusiontechnik, Mutual Industries and Krystal Global Engineering. He is a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI) and a Master of Management Studies, specialising in Operations, from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.

Smita Jain has over 8 years of experience in luxury education across dynamic markets such as Europe, the Middle East and India. She is a luxury coach and trainer with a specialised focus on training for luxury goods and services. Her area of expertise is luxury branding and strategy. She is a PhD researcher and, currently, is pursuing her research in luxury and strategy from Lisbon, Portugal. Her core work ranges from training, curriculum design and pedagogy to industry integration and coaching.

Vaibhav Dhumal is an Automation Subject Matter Expert and has 13 years of experience in the IT industry. He has worked directly with clients in India and other countries to implement Automation capabilities. He is a regular speaker at Robotic Process Automation (RPA) events and has trained 500+ professionals on RPA Tools. He is consulting companies on RPA Process Assessments and Implementation. In his journey, he has been part of various roles right from Content Development and Delivering to Assessments. He believes, as a trainer, it’s his responsibility to bring abstract concepts to concrete and make participants think critically by questioning them based on Bloom’s Taxonomy.
