PROGRAM OVERVIEW
SP Jain Global’s the "Application of AI & GenAI Tools for Business Growth" program is a hands-on, 12-hour experience tailored for mid-to-senior-level professionals. This program covers a variety of AI applications, including no-code tools, hybrid workflows, AI-based productivity tools, and business-driven metrics for measuring success. Designed specifically for innovation managers, digital transformation leaders, product managers, and department heads, this workshop equips participants with the knowledge and practical skills to implement AI solutions effectively. With expert guidance, business leaders will learn how to leverage AI tools across departments like operations, marketing, HR, finance, and customer service.
Throughout the workshop, participants will engage with real-world business use cases and tools on a freemium/trial basis, ensuring they can apply what they learn directly to their organisations. The hands-on group project allows participants to use the tools and techniques covered to solve a relevant business challenge, ensuring immediate applicability.

Module 1: GenAI Basics (2 hours)
- Master effective prompting strategies and best practices for reliable AI outputs
- Select and implement appropriate no-code AI / GenAI tools based on business needs

Module 2: Prompting Frameworks, Techniques and Tools (1 hour)
- Various Prompting Best practices and Frameworks
- Prompting Tools and Auto-Prompt Optimization
- Evaluation and Benchmarking
Module 3: Personal Productivity Tools (2 hours)
- Writing and Communication: Professional emails, tone adjustment, proofreading, automated responses
- Summarisation and Note-taking: Article/document summaries, meeting notes
- Task Automation: Scheduling, calendar management, reminders
- Content Creation: Blogging, journaling, creative writing support
- Financial Planning: Budgeting, investment insights.
Module 4: Office Productivity (2 hours)
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Spreadsheets, automated analysis, report generation
- Presentations and Visuals: Creating presentations, infographics design
- Content Generation and Marketing: Writing marketing copy, creating visuals
- Customer Service: Automating support, chatbots for FAQs
- HR and Recruitment: Screening resumes, onboarding materials

Module 5: Upskilling, Professional Learning and Research (1 hour)

Module 6: Creating and using Agents and Agentic Workflows (2 hours)
- Introduction to Agentic Systems
- Creating Chat Agents and connecting with various channels
- Creating and using Agentic Workforce
- Retrieval Augmented Generation and Fine Tuning for Grounding the data
- Building Guardrails
- Tools for RoI measurement, Data Privacy and Security.
Group Project (2 hours)
At the end of the curriculum, a group project will be shared where participants will need to use tools and techniques learned during the program and solve a business problem. Evaluation will be based on the selection of the right tool, application of concepts covered, effective implementation (accuracy, speed, cost optimisation etc).
NOTE:- Participants will use Tools on a Trial/Freemium basis
- Wherever applicable, Access to API keys for premium AI models will be provided for use only during the session.
- Participants should have basic knowledge of computers, the internet and MS Office.
Meet the Faculty
PROF. VIKRAM PANDYA
Director – FinTech, S P Jain Global S P Jain School of Global Management
Prof Vikram is the Director of FinTech and AI Initiatives at SP Jain School of Global Management and heads research at Fintech focused VC fund Varanium NexGen. He has authored several white papers, research reports and articles on AI, Blockchain and the FinTech domain. He has extensive experience in banking, technology, fintech, consulting and training. He is also a mentor for various FinTech and DeepTech startups across the globe.
He is the founder and Director of Association for Emerging Technologies which is a not-for-profit ecosystem initiative. Under AET he has published several opensource projects leveraging GenAI capabilities like Eagle Eye, MSMEMitra Chat Bot, Open-Source Consent Manager for DPDP Act.
He has also launched COMPASS (Collaborative Open-source Movement for Progressive AI Standards and Solutions), a platform aimed at leading policy-making efforts both nationally and internationally. In addition, he introduced BEACON (Building Ethical AI through Collaborative Open Networks), which focuses on the development of AI-driven public infrastructure products at both national and international levels. The ANITA (Artificial Neural Intelligence for Training and Assistance) Telegram bot, currently in beta, supports multiple regional languages.
He has written research paper on “AI Assisted Dynamic Curriculum Design, Content Discovery, and Delivery” and worked extensively on “GraphIQ” investment funnelling model for VC Fund.
