ABOUT THE PROGRAM

In today's dynamic business landscape, professionals shoulder greater responsibility than ever before, particularly in navigating complex projects crucial to their organizations. Program and project leaders are constantly challenged with addressing strategic, tactical, and technical issues, often engaging in firefighting scenarios. Throughout the second module, participants will move beyond the mechanical aspects of projects to explore the intricacies of managing relationships. The third module expands the scope to include stakeholder, client, and executive relationship management, organizational culture and diversity, and effective leadership within project teams. The fourth module focuses on leveraging data-driven analytics to enhance project performance amid uncertainty. This module introduces a structured approach to project initiation, emphasizing the crucial connection between business needs and project outcomes. It entails analyzing project stakeholders and their interests, applying project selection methodologies, crafting the project charter, and formulating the initial project communications plan. These activities collectively constitute the first process of Project Integration Management:

This involves Planning Scope Management, Collecting Requirements, Defining Scope, creating the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and Planning Quality Management.

This section focuses on identifying and analyzing risks, developing risk response plans employing qualitative and quantitative approaches. Additionally, it delves into procurement management planning, entailing the acquisition of goods and services from external entities and integrating their efforts into the project endeavor.

A crucial aspect of maximizing ROI involves comprehending the Request for Proposal (RFP) process. Participants will grasp the significance of RFPs in facilitating informed decision-making for substantial purchases. They will gain insights into the process and steps of understanding the RFP process, ensuring the involvement of key stakeholders in selection and response scoring.

In this module you will identify, develop and work in a kaizen and collaborative environment. Participants will explore leadership theories relevant to team formation and management, learning to set goals, measure success, inspire team members, and sustain effective teams.

Participants will confront the challenges of leading project teams, delving into personal and interpersonal skills, team motivation theory, and strategies for creating highly motivated, self-managing project teams.
