PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This experiential leadership program uses a Harvard-based change management simulation to help leaders practice making critical change decisions in realistic organisational scenarios. Through hands-on simulation, expert faculty debriefs, and guided reflection, participants learn how to create urgency, build influential coalitions, navigate resistance, communicate change effectively, and sustain transformation across their organisations.

  • Change Management: Power and Influence is a unique Harvard Business School (HBS) Simulation which gives participants in groups a hands-on experience to help better understand leading change in today’s competitive environment using strategic thinking. Participants will learn about managing change both reactively and proactively.

Professor and Head of Organisational Behaviour Xavier Institute of Management & Research (XIMR)

Ravindra Dey has more than 20 years of experience in the corporate and academic sectors. He specialises in Organisational Behaviour, Organisation Development, Human Resource Development and Competency Assessment. He has led programs on a wide range of topics in the field of behavioural sciences, HRD, organisation development and management within

the organisation. Some of the training/consulting assignments he has are Organisational Effectiveness, Performance Development, Strategy and Vision, Customer Service Excellence, Customer Relations Orientation, Conflict Resolution, Negotiation Skills, Personality Development, Communication and Interpersonal Relationship Workshop, Development and Assessment Centre.
