Professor Procyon Mukherjee studied Mechanical Engineering at Jadavpur University (1986), a One-Year Special Management Program from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta (2000), and a Senior Leadership Program at Ivy Academy (2019). He has held transformational roles with specialisation in procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, operations planning, integration and sustainability, to name a few. He is the author of The Search for Value in Supply Chains and the designated Senior Leader in LafargeHolcim Global Team.
Among other achievements, Professor Mukherjee has also held senior leadership roles with the Aditya Birla Group, including President (Head Hirakud Complex), President Logistics in Hindalco and in operations (Unit Head of Large Units – Belur & Mouda) and M&A (Novelis). Between 2002 and 2009, he received five awards in the Chairman’s Awards of the Aditya Birla Group awards.

Dr Kanchan Mahadev has been a faculty in leading business schools and has more than 30 years of teaching experience in the areas of accounting and finance. She has worked with the Indian School of Business (ISB) as a Senior Researcher in the Centre for Leadership, Innovation and Change. She has also been teaching and mentoring women entrepreneurs on financing strategies and strategic cost management for their enterprises under ISB-Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Ambassadors Program.
She is an advisor on raising finance for SMEs in India. She has been a part of the Punjab Government initiative to train school and college principals in adapting management principles in school leadership. She also mentors individuals on financial statement analysis for the CFA program.

With over 19 years of professional experience in ICT education, policy, and consulting, Dr Dhrupad Mathur is currently an Associate Professor of IT Management and the Deputy Director of Faculty Management at SP Jain School of Global Management.
Before joining SP Jain, Dr Mathur was a senior consultant for the National e-Governance Plan, working on the e-Government policy initiatives for the Government of India, at the Ministry of Communications & IT. He has been recognised as one of the ‘Emerging Leaders of the Digital World’ by the Diplo Foundation Geneva and as the Hon. Coordinator for Internet Governance Capacity Building in Asia. He is a Management Consultant in the field of Productivity Management with major emphasis in the areas of reducing flow times, increasing throughputs, inventory and manpower rationalisation, and increasing flexibility.

Typical MBA courses in HR are intended for students with 0-2 years of work experience and feature curriculum that has evolved little over decades. The SP Jain Executive HR Leadership Program is an advanced-level HR course covering the latest practices, cutting-edge technologies, and their applicability for modern HR. Though grounded in the latest theory, the program is application-oriented for a high degree of relevance for emerging HR leaders. Participants are required to have significant work experience which lends itself to executive-class learning environment.
The Executive HR Leadership Program is designed from the ground up as an online-first experience. SP Jain and Pearson together hold over a decade’s experience delivering high-impact online learning that receive exceptional feedback ratings from even the most senior participants. Sessions include a range of elements such as group discussions, case studies, participant polls and role plays for exciting challenges every step of the way
Participants should plan for 3 hours of scheduled live online sessions per week, plus another 1-3 hours of reading, case study preparation and project work which can be completed during the week at their convenience.
Every Saturday from 6 PM – 9 PM IST.
Participants who successfully complete the course will receive a certificate from SP Jain School of Global Management and shall be granted Executive Alumni status.
The course requires a device with the Zoom app and a reliable, high-speed internet connection. Participants are expected to leave their webcams switched on at all times during live sessions and will need on-demand access to a microphone. An internet browser such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge is required to access the Learning Management System, and typical office applications will be needed for homework and project submissions.
We encourage participants to attend all the online classroom sessions live to participate in the learning experience and take advantage of the Q&A time.
For those who are unable to join live for any reason, session recordings will be made available to watch later at their convenience. This will not be counted for the purpose of attendance, however.
Cancellation requests received less than 1 week prior to the commencement of the program will be subject to a charge of 25% of the entire fee amount.
Cancellation requests placed within two weeks after the commencement of the program start date would be eligible for a batch transfer (no refunds).
