DR RAVINDRA DEY
Professor and Corporate Trainer
Dr Ravindra Dey is a Fellow and Management Graduate in Human Resources with nearly 25 years of rich experience covering academic teaching and management-level employment, including 15 years in the corporate sector in senior HR positions.
He has facilitated programs on a wide range of topics in the areas of leadership and managerial development for leading organisations in the corporate and academic sectors.
Dr Dey has completed his Belbin Accreditation and is an Innermost Certified Coach and a Master NLP Practitioner. He is the founder member of the Enneagram Academy of India, an author of two books and numerous research papers. He has won 12 ‘Best Research Paper’ awards and the prestigious award for ‘Best Professor in Human Resources Management’ by World HRD Congress.
