This application-oriented course will include:
Dr Veena Jadhav has over 25 years of international experience in academia and industry with an interest in Leadership, Strategic HRM and Consulting. In her current role, she provides academic leadership in the planning and delivery of program and is responsible for academic excellence, enhancing the student learning experience and program outcomes, stakeholder management including faculty, staff, alumni and industry collaboration. As a full-time faculty for Post Graduate students, she teaches Leadership, Strategic HRM, and specialisation courses in HRM across our international campuses. Her teaching philosophy is based on a learner-centric approach and pedagogy guided by a ‘practice-led, theory-driven’ approach.
Dr Jadhav has diverse industry experience in areas of Strategic HR consulting, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, HR outsourcing and Technology Solutions for HRM. She has consulted for leading client organisations and acted as the internal HR leader in the Asia Pacific region covering Singapore, Philippines, Hong Kong, India, the Middle East and the USA.
Her research interest includes Talent Management, Employee Innovation, Employee Engagement and Retention, Impact of Technology at Workplace, and Impact of Technology in Education. She conducts regular Management Development Programs (MDPs)/Executive Education sessions and is actively involved in supervising DBA scholars and MBA research projects. She is passionate about coaching, mentoring and volunteering.
The course was well organized and structured towards achieving the PMP® certification. It helped me boost my confidence to pass this exam and become a certified Project Management Professional. Dr Vanita Bhoola has been a great trainer because of her interactive teaching skills and years of project management experience.
