Men and women differ in their leadership styles. But even when they achieve the same result, they are often perceived differently. This program will help you understand why and, more importantly, what you can do about it.
The program is research-driven and a career and life-changing experience. It will transform how you manage teams and fundamentally change how you lead. This intensive, experiential program relies on contemporary research to explore the perceptions, behaviours, stereotypes, and challenges women leaders face. You will analyse and apply the research insights to design effective strategies and solutions.
