PROGRAM OVERVIEW

SP Jain’s Leadership Communication program provides executives with the skills and guided practice necessary to master fundamental concepts in business communication, including planning, writing, and presenting. Participants learn to manage and lead more effectively by organising and executing successful business communication strategies.

The program covers a crucial aspect of communication – the content of the speech.

  • In the initial part of the program, participants will learn how to frame a message by depicting values, the future, the individuals capable of achieving the vision, the power of the group to succeed, and the leader himself as the standard to follow.
  • In the second part of the program, participants will understand which rhetorical recourses are most effective in conveying the message.
  • The third part covers the attributes and behaviour most frequently observed in charismatic leaders.
  • The final part of the program covers the uses of language that will reduce the perceived power of the speaker.

Dr Bhanu Ranjan holds a PhD in Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Effectiveness and has over 20 years of rich experience. She has worked closely with individuals and teams to help them with crisis management, negotiation, conflict resolution, management communication, personal branding, presentation skills, and emotional intelligence in the workplace.
